What to Expect in a QHHT Session

A QHHT session is a deeply personal and transformative experience, offering profound insights, healing, and a deeper understanding of oneself and life’s journey. Each session is unique, and by the end of your session, one thing is for sure: You will not be the same person full of questions that you were at the beginning of the session. It’s common for clients to come out of hypnosis with a look of awe and wonder of now knowing the answers to all their questions and to have healing of their body. That is the beauty of Quantum Healing Hypnosis. You are gently guided into a very deep state of hypnosis (theta) where you have access to that bigger part of you that knows all the answers! This is a multi-dimensional experience and once having it you should have clear understanding of how to maintain this connection to your High Self in your quiet time, meditation or theta state. There are three elements to each session:

In the interview we discuss your reasons for wanting a QHHT session, your life story and all the important people and events that have made you who you are today. We will also go over the list of questions you have prepared for your Higher Self to answer as well as any healings you are requesting. The interview usually lasts around 2 – 4 hours depending on how complex your life is, but there is really no time limit. 

I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation through relaxation techniques and visualization. This allows your conscious mind to relax, enabling access to your subconscious. While in this deep state of relaxation you will revisit 1-3 past lives or other experiences your soul has had. If you don’t believe in past lives or are unsure, it’s okay to simply call these experiences a story. Then, I will invite your Higher Self to answer your list of questions and to scan your body to heal and repair issues that are known and sometimes unknown if appropriate. Healing can occur on multiple levels, leading to a sense of peace, understanding, and empowerment. Allowing the stream of consciousness called your Higher Self to use the gift of your voice is truly beautiful and amazing. This part of the session takes around 2 hours.

Towards the end of the session, I will bring you back to your regular waking state and you will gradually return to full waking consciousness. I will guide you through this process and allow time for reflection and discussion. It may take you a few days, if not longer, to process your session, but the more you listen back to the audio recording I provide to you, the more cemented the messages and healings will be.

 

4 Easy-to-Follow Tips for a Great Session

Whether you meditate regularly or have never tried meditation before, these four tips will help quiet your analytical left brain, giving you full access to your amazing right brain—the part that knows everything, often referred to as your Higher Self, Subconscious, Divine Self, or any name you choose. By following these simple tips, you can calm your left brain’s “monkey mind” and dive deep into the part of you that holds the answers to all your questions and remembers every experience your soul has ever had. This part of you can also connect to the great collective consciousness. As humanity progresses, we are becoming more aware during these sessions. This is not a drawback; in fact, it’s essential. Our goal is to reach a point where you can navigate these experiences on your own, without needing a practitioner to guide you.

TIP NO 1: When I start to help you relax, I‘m going to have you see some things, just ordinary every day object that you see in your daily life. I‘m going to tell you a story and here is how you help yourself out from the very beginning: as I‘m telling you the story, you just picture and imagine everything that I‘m describing to you. Just get lost in the story and if you can do that, you are going to be where you need to be before we even get started. It‘s that easy!

TIP NO 2: This is the best tip. When I ask you a question, always trust and say the very first words that come to mind, the very first thoughts that you have, voice those. Why this is so important and why this works so well: When we say the very first things that come to mind, we are speaking from the right side of the brain, the side that knows everything and that is able to connect to the great collective consciousness of all knowing. When we pause, and analyse and overthink, we will take that beautiful gold nugget of truth and we will minimise it or just throw it away,

TIP NO 3: When I ask you to see something, try to see it in as much detail as you can. This will help you to go deeper and deeper and quiet the left side of the brain even more.

TIP NO 4: This is usually easier for us females: talk, talk, talk and talk a lot, give as much description as possible. Whenever I ask you a questions, give as much information as you can. This will make you go deeper and deeper and the more information you give the better follow-up questions I can ask.

What if I cannot be hypnotised?

First of all, we all go in and out of different levels of hypnosis several times a day. Thanks to the 86 billion brain cells in your brain, there’s always some type of electrical activity going on inside – and at different times of the day, different waves dominate. When you wake up in the morning, your brain passes from the slow delta waves of slumber into the low frequency theta waves that act as a portal between the dream and waking worlds. Then there’s the “alert” beta waves, when you’re engaged in problem solving or decision making, and the even faster gamma waves, when you’re full of adrenaline and energy. Alpha waves oscillate between the theta and beta waves: as soon as you’re fully engaged with your subject matter, yet completely happy and relaxed, when you lose track of time (in a good way) and you enter a calm, creative state of concentration and you’re less focused on the outside world and beginning to focus internally. The alpha and theta state is therefore a very natural state and something our bodies knows very well – even if you don‘t meditate. During our session, I will hold space for you to remain in the trance state with ease through relaxation techniques and visualisation. You are in full control at all times. Is seeing past lives safe? What happens if I see something I don‘t like?

After leading many clients through past life regressions with QHHT, I can honestly say it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Quantum Healing Hypnosis gives you the opportunity to tap directly into the wisdom of your own lived experience and apply it to what is happening in the here and now. In QHHT your Higher Self or Subconscious mind is directing the show. It is pretty excited because it has your undivided attention for a couple of hours. It is not going to waste this opportunity. It knows precisely where you are at, and perfectly curates the scenes that will help you get to the next level. Sometimes, that may involve seeing something that might be unpleasant. If we look around at what is going on in the world today or throughout human history, probability tells us that at some stage, our soul would have lived through war, cruelty, struggle, trauma and heartbreak of some kind. However, there is enough distance to see it unfold more as a distant memory; a story. You can observe, rather than participate. Your higher self genuinely cares about you. It has no interest in scaring you like a B-grade horror film. It’s in it for the long haul so it approaches difficult past lives with love. Trust that if it is showing you something, there is a reason for it. It is just as likely to have a reason to show you something beautiful, moments of serenity, electricity and joy. Whether your Higher Self shows you something ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ is a matter of interpretation. It is always showing you something educational. By the end of the session, people see how that story relates to their life now. From healing the past, or reaching important insights, you will leave your session empowered and with anwers to all your questions.

How do I best prepare for my QHHT session?

On the day of your session, you will come to your appointment with a list of questions that you want answered by your Higher Self. Most people make two lists; one of health/ body questions and another of life/personal questions. Take your time to compile the list of questions because this is an important part of the process. If you regularly meditate, then I would encourage you to do so prior to our session. Please avoid coffee and alcohol just before our session, and ideally any kind of medication. Dress comfortably – you will spend around 2 hours in a deep trance state and you want to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible during that time. 

How long is a typical QHHT session?

On the day, you and I will spend some time getting to know each other and your reasons for wanting this experience. You’ll talk about your life’s journey and go over your list of questions. This can take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours. Once you start the hypnosis process you’ll be in trance for two hours or a little longer. This part of the session is recorded for you, as people tend to remember varying amounts of their sessions. This recording is yours and you are encouraged to listen to it when you are back home. There is no time limit to a session so please plan around 6 hours. 

Can I bring family or friends to the session?

Even if you may feel the need for some support from family or friends during the session, they won’t be able to sit in with you during our session. First of all, you open up easier and may not feel the need to keep back information. Secondly, very personal information may appear during the session that you may not want to share. The Rabac Riviera has plenty of wonderful places for your friends and family to enjoy while you have your session. 

Do you do sessions in English only?

I offer sessions in English and German.

Can we do our QHHT session online?

QHHT sessions are conducted in person only. I’m located in Labin where I’m currently setting up my practise. I will inform you about the exact address once we have arranged our session.
